Aaron has been in the Real Estate industry for nearly 25 years, owning and operating sizeable real estate brokerages, built, and developed single family sub-divisions and bought and sold over $400 million worth of real estate.
In 1995, Aaron began his career as a Residential Real Estate Agent, working his way from the bottom up, eventually purchasing the brokerage he started with. Within 3 years of purchasing his first Brokerage, Aaron became the majority owner of several more brokerages holding positions as CEO and Chairman of the Board. During his tenure, his Brokerage’s closed over 20,000 transactions across the Southwest
In 2002, Aaron turned over the day-to-day operations of his brokerages to focus on the acquisition of investment properties. He has been involved in over 1,100 transactions in the single-family residential space, spanning the tri-state area and Oregon. Aaron has developed a keen eye toward identifying undervalued assets, making necessary improvements and divesting for significant profits.
In 2004, Aaron moved from Las Vegas to Phoenix where he began acquiring land to develop and build single family subdivisions. This led to his involvement in land acquisitions and entitlement on over 300 lots as a principle as well as building several semi-custom subdivisions.
In 2006 to 2009 he turned his companies focus to foreclosures, conducting over 30,000 broker price opinions and closing more than 3,000 REO transactions.
In 2013, Aaron created multiple land holding companies and has led them to their current positions.
Aaron’s biggest accomplishment is his family which is anchored by his wonderful wife, Sheri. He is a proud father and grandfather who enjoys coaching basketball and supporting his kids’ special interests.
Jim brings over 51 years of industry experience in paving and grading. He is a valuable contributor to the success of Trinity Underground in Project Management and Heavy Equipment Operation.
Todd has over 29 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked in heavy highway construction, with notable projects including the Loop 202 and Loop 101 as well as large mining projects and business operations.
Dan brings over 30 years of experience in all phases of development and construction in both residential and commercial real estate. His career has included managing a $24 million exterior and interior renovation of a 10-story mid-rise building. He supervised the aggregating of land and helped manage the entitlement and construction project for a large church in the East Valley.
Turning his expertise to residential construction, Dan singe-handedly developed a 20-acre, 44-lot custom-home community through all phases of land acquisition, planning and zoning, entitlement approvals, infrastructure planning and construction, HOA creation and acceptance. He served as general contractor for construction of 15 custom homes using energy efficient alternative construction techniques.
Dan used his leadership, development and interpersonal skills to transform the worst performing single-home community into the best performing community for a national homebuilder. He was selected as top manager in his region and was asked to serve on a national advisory council. He later worked with a small private builder to construct several multi-million-dollar custom homes and developed a master-planned, five-phase golf community including 244 single-family homes, 200 condominiums, hotel and commercial sites.
Dan is a proud husband of over 25 years and father who enjoys spending time with his family when he is not working.
Emily graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor’s of science in Finance degree. Her studies focused directly on the investment industry including commercial banking, investment baking, investment companies, and insurance companies. Before transitioning into the construction industry, she spent time working for publicly traded and private investment firms to maximize returns while building client relationships.
Jacob is a Project Engineer for Trinity Underground. His experience ranges from civil and structural design to supply chain management. Graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jacob has put his degree to work in both civil projects and at the Morenci mine for Freeport-McMoRan. Outside of work Jacob enjoys traveling every opportunity he gets
Nicholas is a Project Manager for Trinity Underground. An Arizona native, Nicholas attended the University of Arizona with a major in Political Science. Prior to joining Trinity Underground, Nicholas began his career in residential land development in 2017 working for a local Phoenix home builder. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as golfing.
Mike is a field supply chain manager for Trinity Underground. Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University before earning his graduate degree from Northern Arizona University. He holds a Masters in Business Administration with a specialty in Project Management. Throughout his career he has several years of experience in upper management with an additional eight years of experience in project management.
Vice President
Jeremy Sechrist is a Wet Utility Superintendent that brings over 20 years of experience in the utility trade to Trinity Underground. He began his work in the industry at the age of 14 years old where he worked for his grandfather’s company during the summers in the Midwest as a laborer. From this point, he worked his way through various positions and began specializing in heavy equipment. Jeremy spent much of his early career as a foreman until he achieved the title of superintendent at the age of 29. He has experience running projects ranging in value from $30,000 up to $30 million. He has been operating in Phoenix and surrounding areas for over 15 years where he has worked with both general contractors and city officials. Despite his reputable amount of time spent in Arizona, Jeremy also possesses knowledge in working with municipalities in large cities as well as small for all spec and standard needs.
He has extensive knowledge in all wet utility facets of the pipeline industry, which has allowed him to successfully run multiple crews and projects simultaneously. He has significant experience from commercial to residential to reconstruction. His experience ranges from installation and excavation of 1 inch copper all the way up to 25 feet diameter trunk lines between reservoirs. Jeremy also has extensive background in mainline trunk lines for cross country installation, as well as deep excavations trenching and safety awareness to ensure a safe, efficient and quality installed product. He holds certifications such as OSHA 10 and 30, all NUCA certifications, excavation safety, advanced CPR, and confined space entry. Jeremy looks to continue his education daily in the utility trade urging forward to being a project manager.
On his off time, Jeremy enjoys time with his family and friends, riding motorcycles of any kind, and traveling.
Crystal is in human resources at Trinity Underground. She brings over 6 years of experience in human resources ranging from the medical field to designing. She was born and raised in the Midwest and has recently relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. She is the proud mother of 2 children and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her children and traveling.
